Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Most orders of in stock merchandise will ship within one or two days of receipt by UPS or US Mail. If we expect a delay or have to back-order some or all of your order, you will be notified by e-mail. We do not ship outside the USA.

Returns

All returns must be approved before shipping them back to our store. Generally any item which has not been used and is in re-saleable condition will be accepted for return. All packaging and instructions must be included.

If you have a defective item we will need to determine if it should be returned to the store or if the manufacturer will have to handle the repair or replacement. Each manufacturer's policy is different.

We strive to offer only high quality items and in many cases we also offer repair parts for the items we sell. We cannot offer an unconditional satisfaction guarantee.
